Ristorante Vecchio Mulino Beach

The Vecchio Mulino Beach restaurant is located inside a historic mill from 1564 and overlooks the beaches of Peschiera del Garda. Away from traffic and immersed in lake nature, it offers its visitors a unique and exclusive panorama. The cuisine focuses on local products and tradition, everything is strictly homemade: the bread, based on a historic local recipe from the 1700s, the fresh pasta, rigorously made with ancient Italian grains and made every day, the menu is based on the seasonality of the lake, the sea, and the surrounding mountains. All cold cuts are homemade using meats from Lessinia, and since 2020 it is possible to taste a wide assortment of fish cold cuts, part of the circular kitchen program that the restaurant offers.
